Name Tags . . . .

Many of our members have a hard time remembering their name tags for each General Meeting or special AAUW event! You know who you are! We are trying to provide a solution that would work for everyone. Judy Hubbard, Membership VP, is going to collect all the name tags and keep them between meetings. They will be available at each meeting to wear and then return. Of course, if you wish, you may keep your own name tag....but please remember to bring it each time!!!  Please remember to bring your name tag to the next meeting or event to turn in! We are doing this procedure to make it easier for all of you, and yet have your name tags for you at each meeting.

Point of information: As of January 1, 2012, we have 126 paid branch members. Any time you have women to suggest for a Membership Packet to be sent to them, please preferably email Judy at membership@aauwscottsdale.org.

Reminder: This year, our Picnic is March 17 and our annual Spring Luncheon is April 21. Membership will be taking your renewal checks in the amount of $78 at the April luncheon or you may send anytime to Helen Frantz, Treasurer or Judy Hubbard, Membership. Thank you for renewing early.  Your receipt will clarify the tax deductible part you can claim.
